What is the Pro version? How free is free?
We don't want there to be ANY surprises with Process Lasso. Process Lasso Free becomes Process Lasso Pro after it is activated by a code purchased from Bitsum.
Home users can use the free build indefinitely, though they will eventually experience some nags and a reduction in available features (see chart below). Server Edition users have 30 days to fully evaluate the product before it expires.
Process Lasso Pro is well worth the cost and your purchase helps support continued development. Process Lasso was the FIRST utility of its kind, and we'll keep
breaking new ground with your support.
Over time, a solicitation (nag) may be displayed when the GUI starts, or when its main window is opened.
- After a number of days, a message is shown at startup.
- After a number of days, a message is sometimes shown when you open Process Lasso from the system tray.
- After a number of days, advanced features (shown below) are disabled.
- By purchasing a LIFETIME license for Process Lasso and all later upgrades, you support it's development.
We say 'a number of days' because this may vary. It can be between 3 and 14 days, depending on the version.
The Server Edition is a fully functional time limited trial, so it completely expires after 30 days. That is only applicable for users running Windows Servers though.

Other unlisted features may also be disabled in the free build.
If using the Japanese language, the product may be a 30 day time limited trial.
Partial indicates that some automation functions of the feature may disable when the trial period elapses.
