If your order status says Payment Status: Pending, please wait a few minutes while the system verifies your payment, then refresh this page and it should update to Payment Status: Complete.

The only exception to this is if you used an eCheck (ACH), or other non-instant method of payment. In that case, your order will be processed and marked as complete when the funds arrive. If you are eager, contact us and we may be able to expedite the order.
