First, you must be connected to the Internet. If any firewall attempts to block ‘plActivate.exe’ from connecting to ‘bitsum.com’, be sure to let it through! This is a one time connection to validate the license.
See the Help > Activate this software menu option, as shown below.
If you do NOT see this, then the product may already be activated. To ensure the right license is applied, use Help > Change license code.
