We may ask for certain data to diagnose a problem with Process Lasso.
Copy/paste (or attach) your INI config file to any support correspondence. You can get to it via ‘File / Manually Edit Configuration’. This is so we know what features you are using.
A dump of the affected process (processlasso.exe or processgovernor.exe) may be helpful. In the event of a crash, one should have been generated and stored in %appdata%\processlasso
or %programdata%\processlasso
(you can paste those in Explorer’s location bar). Alternatively, while the process is still running you can generate one with the Task Manager by opening the Details tab, right-clicking on the process, and selecting ‘Create dump file’.
