If you receive an “Unknown error” or “Invalid code”, please check to ensure that your activation code is entered correctly. The name does not matter, only the code.
If you receive a “Can not access server”, please check that your internet connection is working. Then follow these steps:
- Try opening the Edge browser (specifically) and visiting https://activate.bitsum.com . If successful, it should forward to https://bitsum.com . If unsuccessful, then:
- Can other sites be accessed? If so, see #2.
- If no other sites can be accessed, check your Internet Options. Process Lasso shares the library that Edge uses, so if Edge can’t connect, neither can Process Lasso.
- In some cases, we’ve seen the system HOSTS file modified by prior use of a crack or keygen to prevent connection to our servers. Correct it by this guidance.
Some problems could be temporary, so you may simply want to try again later.
