Audio Warning
« on: August 11, 2018, 09:29:07 AM »
I really need a audio warning when ever a process is using more than X amount of cpu. Often I find a leftover install.exe ( for what ever program ) that got stuck and is just using a full CPU thread at max ( 12% in my 8 thread CPU ) untill I force close them whenever i discover them, which can take days. It would be nice to be able to set some kind of audible alert on these "CPU hoggers" WITHOUT having to specify which process to use watchdog for.
So in short : A new process watchdog not limited to a specific process but should disregard already excluded / high performance process :)

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll see what I can do in a forthcoming more robust Watchdog system. This is only one example of something more robust rules could allow.
