Just some story for soft-terminate that is getting removed

As I saw the changelog that it is removed, I remember something that it can do.

Just click "Terminate" on Explorer.exe, then you will see a dialog asking did you wanna shutdown or restart etc, just like clicking ALT+F4 on Desktop. ;)

But ya, except the remote monitoring/control is supported in the future(like remote closing the browser without worry about data loss :D), then most of the user should not need to ALT+F4 by clicking this button.
Maybe keep this button/function in the "Less common actions"?
It may still needed for some situation, like sometimes the software refuse to showing the UI, so I wonder can I soft-terminate it by using this function or not.
