When clicking the Restraint History column header, it doesn't appear to be sorting by highest, either restraint count or restraint time. Is this intentional? It would be helpful to quickly see which program has highest restraint count and/or highest restraint time (perhaps adding an extra sort option instead of just standard ascending/descending)

No, it should be sorting. What version are you using, to be sure? There are pending new releases - literally like < 12 hours for CPUBalance.
