Title: Menu delay
Post by: bem on July 09, 2016, 09:07:31 PM
...especially options.

How about a toggle so the menus stay put until all transactions are complete.

ie:  menus stay put until dismissed.

Time consuming to constantly reopen and reselect submenus.

Darn antique is slow enough as it is... :(

Please update to the latest version. This applies to delays ONLY in Lasso's menu items. If you had delays elsewhere, it's some other issue not in my purview.

We discovered the cause of this problem to be negligent 'cleaning' software deleting our application data folder out from under us.

See this post for info: https://bitsum.com/product-update/process-lasso-v8-9-8-36-released/

Jeremy, He want the menu in options to not close each time you make a change, right now each change means each time opening menu option.

I forgot about this post as I was thinking how could something be implemented.

Ah, my mistake, that is sadly not feasible, sorry.

:-\   Next you'll tell me it won't make coffee.

Small price for such usefulness.  What's computing without a little repetition......

LOL, so sorry my friend. It's just the way Windows menus work. Still, I'll always keep trying to improve usability.

Yup, I once changed the menu delay, then it feel too fast for me, then I change it back.

Sometimes the animation is added so that you feel it is "working", but not "fake" because it is processing too fast. ;D
