Microsoft has been doing cool things lately. They seemed to have done a 180. They are cooler than Google now, lol.
I doubt we'll ever be acquired by Microsoft, but we'll always be here, offering our products to those who need them.
I disagree. Microsoft would likely poison PL and other things it touches.
It's corporate culture that poisons small software projects. As I try to grow the business, I am doing everything I can to avoid that. I've already made some mistakes in growth, but learning quickly. It comes down to how much a single man can do. I've devoted my life to Bitsum and my work, quite literally (e.g. no children). But I still can't do everything once a critical mass is reached, or, worse, fail to ever reach sufficient mass to remain self-employed.
